Ever since Tony Snow died and an AP writer profaned him posthumously in the most craven and shameful way...Tony was a fine man
in every way...we've been shadowing the AP. With the most recent report by AP writers Justin Pritchard and Garance Burke about
Sarah Palin having engaged in misconduct in the pipeline deal (find links at greatamericanzeroes.com), we've decided to dog the
miserable bastards. They've reached the standards set by Walter Duranty, so in his Gallery they'll swing.
The story was most un-fact fact-based story we've read in a while, design, possibly more by editors (see the way Time Magazine
handled the Haditha lies) than the writers as both seem to have good reputations.
We'll see, but we think a book exposing the Associated Press is in order and will help find financing for any clever, conscientious
and skilled investigative writer. All we want to do is hang every single writer and editor we can name.
As we're doing with the Bush Trilogy, hanging every malefactor we can find and name (it will take awhile) we want to hang every AP
writer, stringer and editor who've cast lies during this campaign season. (Read out Mission to see just what comprises a lie. It's
cultural as well as Thomist.)
The book should be a doozy. It's time for some honest "chill-factors" being planted out there in media-land.
